Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
2 cloves minced garlic
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 T. taco seasoning
1 cup frozen corn
1 small can sliced olives (or 30 large olives, sliced)
1 15-oz. can pinto beans, drained
1 c. shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese
Crust:
1 c. masa harina
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 T. canola oil
Directions
Cook ground turkey and add minced garlic when nearly thoroughly browned. Once browned, add remaining filling ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes, then pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Combine crust ingredients in a bowl and mix together until well blended. Cover bowl and let rest for 15 minutes so that the dough can absorb the broth. Spread crust mixture on top of meat mixture. If freezing, see directions below. Otherwise, uncover and bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
Freezing directions: Place in a disposable aluminum pan. Cover tightly and freeze.
