Introduction

These are very quick and delicious. Can be personalized with various meats and/or veggies, as well as the portions of each. These are very quick and delicious. Can be personalized with various meats and/or veggies, as well as the portions of each.

Ingredients

    Tortilla
    Canned chicken
    Artichoke hearts quartered
    Spinach
    Classic spaghetti sauce of choice
    Fat free mozzarella cheese
    Feta cheese

Directions

For each pizza, combine all ingredients except for the cheeses and pasta sauce in a saucepan and sauté over medium heat.

Spread pasta sauce on tortilla. Add toppings from saucepan. Cover with cheeses.

Bake in oven for about 5 minutes, until cheese is melted, on 350. For extra crispy pizza - use broil setting.

    Good
    I like white sauce with my spinach pizza. I've used the alfredo white sauce made from tofu in the Tofu Fettuccini Alfredo spark recipe. I also toast/ my tortillas first. It think they have crunch and are easier to eat.
    I like the idea of the artichokes. Thanks for sharing!
