    9 Bankquet Brown & Serve Lite Original Breakfast Sausage
    (cooked and crumbled)
    1/2 Cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup each red and green bell peppers
    1 c Shredded cheddar cheese, Kraft 2%
    2 Tbs Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Eggs, jumbo
    2 Egg Whites, jumbo
    1 c Skim Milk
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper


Preheat oven to 350. Toss cooked sausage, cheese, onion and peppers with whole wheat flour to combine. Coat a 9 in pie pan with spray oil. Add sausage mixture to pan. Whisk eggs, egg whites, milk, salt and bell peppers to combine. Pour egg mixture into pie pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Let rest/stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
