Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    onion (desired amount)
    1 tablespoon reduced fat feta cheese
    spinach (raw)
    cherry tomatoes
    pepper
    whole wheat tortilla

Directions

*Spray pan with cooking spray and add sliced onions and halved cherry tomatoes and allow them to grill for a few minutes
*Add egg whites and pepper
*the last few minutes add the spinach and feta cheese
*serve with a whole wheat tortilla
