Ingredients

Ingredients for the filling:
1 pound Ground beef (lean)
1 stalk Celery (sliced)
4 Carrots (sliced)
2 cups Frozen Peas
1/2 Onion (diced)
2 TBSP's Dried Parsley
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried Basil
1 tsp Pepper
1 TBSP Flour
1 Can Yellow Sweet Corn
3 Cups Mashed Potatoes
1 Egg,
1 Can Beef Broth (14oz)
Ingredients for Crust:
3 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Warm Tap Water
Directions
Dough Instructions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients until blended.
2. Add wet ingredients & stir until blended.
3. Kneed dough for 3 minutes & split it in halves.
3. Roll out one of the halves & place it in a greased & floured pie pan & set aside.
4. Roll out second crust & set aside.
Filling Instructions:
1. Brown the Ground Beef & Onions.
2. Add the beef broth, 2 TBSP's of flour & vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are soft.
3. Add everything else & stir until entire mixture is warmed through.
4. Pour Beef mixture into the pie pan that is lined w/ the dough.
5. Place the remaining half of the dough over the mixture & seal the crust edges.
6. Cut a thin opening in the top of the crust & (optional) coat the crust with egg.
Bake @ 325 for 22 minutes.
