    Whole Wheat Flour, 2.5 cup
    Baking Powder, 6 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 12 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Canola Oil, 4 tbsp
    Trader Joe's Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter, 10.5 tbsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until almost smooth. Cook in a preheated waffle iron. Delicious with jam or maple syrup.
