Ingredients

18 oz. pkg. Hatfield Hot Italian Sausage
1 large sweet pepper (any color)
1 large onion
3 cups of Dreamfields Penne or Rotini pasta (dry)
2 cups Ragu Light Tomato & Basil Sauce
4 slices Giant brand Fat Free Singles American or Cheddar flavor
Directions
Cook sausage in water. Let water cook off to brown the meat. remove and slice in bite size pieces.
While sausage is cooking, put water on to boil to cook the pasta, and slice the pepper and onion.
When water is at a boil, cook the pasta.
Use the pan you cooked the sausage in to saute the peppers and onions. Return the meat to the pan when the veggies are soft and add the sauce to heat.
When the pasta is al dente, drain it and mix it into the meat sauce.
Spray a casserole with non-stick cooking spray, put in the pasta and meat sauce mixture. put cheese slices on top and put in a 350 oven for about 10 - 15 minutes to melt the cheese. Brown it is you like.
