Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni, 3 oz
    Onions, .5 cup, chopped
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Reduced Fat, 1.25 oz
    Thyme, ground, .25 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tbsp
    Basil, .25 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
    green bell pepper, .5 cup
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350

Cook Macoroni Noodles. Set aside
In large skillet brown beef and set aside. Spray skillet. cook bell pepper and onion 5 minutes. Add tomatoes sand spices. Mix beef into skillet with vegetables. cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. mix cooked macaroni into beef mixture. transfer to sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes (until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned on top)
