    Grapefruit
    Olive Oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    Lemon Juice
    Garlic
    Baby Potatoes
    Tomatoes
    Olives
    Rosemary
    Lemon Juice

Directions

Spread Lemon and Grapefruit Slices on bottom of a cast iron skillet. Mix together oil, lemon juice, garlic and spices. Add chicken, tomatoes, olives and potatoes. Lay chicken on lemon and grapefruit slices, cover with vegetable mix. Put in 450 degree oven for 55 min.
