Ingredients

* *Old El Paso brand - Flour Tortilla Wrap (UK) - 1 tortilla,
* tomato paste, 2 tbsp
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
* Onions, raw, 0.5 small
* Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium
* *Tesco value salad cheese (like feta) 30g, 100 gram @
* *mixed herbs (dried), 1 tsp
* *Garlic Powder, 1 tsp
@ This is an English low fat cheese similar to feta, so you could substitute any very low fat cheese.
Directions
Chop or slice vegetables.
Place tortilla on a microwave pizza plate.
Spread tomato paste over base and sprinkle herbs and garlic powder over the base.
Put all vegetables over the base and spread them out evenly.
Crumble cheese and sprinkle evenly over top of pizza.
Zap on high in microwave for 4 minutes and eat,
Enjoy.
