Introduction

Yummy baked oatmeal that you can dress up or dress down. Yummy baked oatmeal that you can dress up or dress down.

Ingredients

    Original Quaker Oats Quick cooking oats, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Great Value Milk (2 percent), .5 cup
    Stick Butter - Light (Blue Bonnet), 8 tbsp
    1 egg
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

Combine ingredients, mix well. Spread evenly in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Spoon into bowls, add milk to taste. Top with fruit and/or brown sugar if desired. 6 servings. I usually double this recipe in same pan. Glass dish works well.
