Ingredients

    10 cups chopped red cabbage
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1 chopped shallot
    1/2 cup fat-free balsamic vinaigrette dressing
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix vinaigrette with brown sugar, then toss together with remaining ingredients. Allow to sit in refridgerator for an hour or so and enjoy!
