Ingredients

    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. cashews, chopped
    zest of 1 lemon
    1/4 garlic powder
    kosher salt
    1 lb fresh broccoli, florets removed and seperated
    2 T. melted butterr
    black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400*. In small bowl combine cheese, cashews, lemon zest, garlic powder, and pinch of salt and set aside. Place broccoli on a baking sheet and drizzle with butter and toss. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Roast in oven until broccoli becomes caramelized, about 20 minutes and toss broccoli with cashew mixture. Serve warm.
