My mother-in-law gave my husband this recipe to make me for me our first Valentine's Day together. We still make it pretty frequently. It's so simple and even my two preschoolers like it. I've increased the amount of carrots because otherwise my kids eat all the carrots. I usually serve it with some instant rice and a salad. 2 small bags petite carrots for cooking(baby carrots - 12oz bags)
2 sliced onions
2 celery stalks cut in 1 in pieces
3 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tsp Basil
