Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used more liquid than called for, but meat was rather dry within; I may brown it first next time. Also omitted salt & used a lot more herbs/spices, since we're budgeting sodium.
I found this recipe to be very good, but the chicken was a little dry. I made it again and added a can of 98% fat-free chicken broth, and it really helped to keep the chicken moist. Thank you for the recipe! :)
