Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 - 4 oz. Salmon Filet
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Naturally Fresh Lite Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
    1/2 Tbsp Grated Parmesean Cheese
    Sprinkle Paprika
    Lime Juice from one wedge of Lime

Directions

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

Coat bottom and sides of glass baking dish with Olive Oil.

Place Salmon Filet in dish

Cover Lightly with Peppercorn Ranch Dressing

Sprinkle with Parmesean Cheese and top with Paprika

Bake 20-30 mintues, until salmon is tender and flakes with a fork and top is golden brown

After removing from oven, squeeze lime juice over filet.

Serve with brown rice laced with lime.

    Very Good
    This was Easy and Delicious just like it says!!! I just used what I had at home. I made it with plain light ranch and skipped the lime. I will certainly make it again! - 10/2/07
