1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
2 scallions, diced
1/2 cup black beans
1 medium tomato, diced

dash salt
dash garlic salt
dash oregano
Directions
Cook pasta, drain and rinse under cold water. Toss all ingredients together. Makes 2 servings.
