Ingredients
-
1 banana
1 cup Strawberries
2 teaspoons Flaxseed Oil
2 tablespoons raw coconut (and coconut water if avail)
1 tablespoon raw organic honey (I used my favorite local cinnamon honey)
2 packs plain quaker oats oatmeal
1 pack Cinnamon spice quaker oats oatmeal
1 cup ground almonds
4-6 strawberries cut into thin slices
Directions
Combine a banana, 1c strawberries, flaxseed oil, coconut, and honey. Process on high/liquify. Then add the oatmeal and pulse to combine. Wait 5 minutes for the oats to start to soak up the mixture. Add almonds and pulse to combine.
Spread thinly on nonstick jelly roll dehydrator plate or the like, depending on your dehydrator.
Take a pizza cutter or knife and score into even slices. 16 pieces to match nutritional info.
Top each slice with the thinly sliced strawberries.
"Cook" at 115 for about 3 hours. More or less depending on your machine and thiness of crackers. Can be made soft for kids or crisper for tea :)
