Introduction

Cheap, easy, and filling! Cheap, easy, and filling!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 small potatoes (any kind)
    1 Clove of garlic
    1 Tablespoon of cooking oil
    1/3 head of cabbage
    1/2 large zuchinni
    2 Tablespoons of onion
    salt & pepper to tase

    (can add more or less of any of this stuff as preferred)

Directions

Heat oil in pan until hot. Then add potatoes to cook for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the other veggies, garlic, salt and pepper. Let cook a few minutes then stir occasionally. Put a lid on it and let it steam for the next five minutes or so, stirring occasionally. VERY TASTY!
