Introduction
I'm always looking for a way to make burgers so I put this together and my husband asks for it all the time now!You can adjust the veggies to your taste and use a leaner turkey to reduce the calories. I like the 85/15 to keep it moist though. I'm always looking for a way to make burgers so I put this together and my husband asks for it all the time now!

Number of Servings: 3
Ingredients
-
1 lb ground turkey, 93/7
1/2 cup onion, diced finely
8 oz mushrooms, diced finely
1 cup zucchini, diced finely
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp dried dill weed
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions
Saute the onion, mushrooms, zucchini and garlic in the olive oil until soft and translucent, about 5-10 minutes. Add to the bread crumbs in a separate bowl and set aside until cool, about 15 minutes.
Add ground turkey, egg, dill, mustard, salt and pepper to the mushroom mixture. With dampened hands, form the mixture into four equal size patties.
Preheat your grill or skillet to medium high heat. Brush the burgers with a little bit of olive oil to prevent sticking, and place on grill. Cook until no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes per side depending on the temperature of your grill. (Internal temp should reach 165 degrees)
Serve with a whole wheat bun if you like and all your burger fixins! I use avocado as a spread with a little lettuce and these burgers disappear! Enjoy!
