Introduction
I found a recipe for Tandoori Chicken and decided to modify it to be use tofu instead. I also changed a few ingredients to fit what I already had in my kitchen. Still this dish was a little too bitter for me and not creamy enough. The lemon and cilantro were very overpowering. Ingredients

1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vegetable oil (I didn't have olive oil)
16oz package of firm tofu
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp curry powder
2 Tbsp cilantro
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 tsp fresh ground ginger
1 clove of garlic
1/4 tsp chilli powder (I didn't have cayenne)
1 lemon, juiced
serve with rice (not calculated into nutritional info)
Directions
Press as much liquid out of the tofu as possible, then cut into 1 inch cubes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the onion and oil
Cover bowl with cling wrap
Let marinate in the fridge for at least two hours
In skillet, cook onions in oil until lightly browned
Add the marinated tofu
Cook until heated evenly, about 10-15 minutes
Serve with rice (not calculated into recipe or nutritional information)
