Ingredients

    3 boneless /skinless chicken thighs cut in pieces (1lb)
    2 cups blanched or frozen string beans
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    3 medium scallions sliced
    4 tbsp stir fry sauce
    1 cup chicken broth
    4 cups cooked spaghetti
    1 tbsp veg oil

Directions

Cook spaghetti while preparing and everything should be done at same time- also good with left over spaghetti.
Warm oil in wok and add chicken when hot. When chicken in cooked through add string beans and mushrooms. Cook for 1 min and then add remaining ingredients. Cook through and toss spaghetti with mixture
1 cup spaghetti- serves 1 person.
