Ingredients

1 (16oz) Frozen Bread Dough Thawed
1 (10oz) Package Frozen Broccoli
4 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
3 tsp Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup (Chopped) Each of Red, Green & Yellow Bell Peppers
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano
3/4 Cup Mushrooms
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease 2 baking sheets. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
2. In medium skillet, heat 3 tsp oil over low heat. Add peppers, mushrooms and garlic; saute for 2-5 minutes. Add broccoli and cook about 3 minutes stirring until moisture has evaporated. Remove from heat.
3. In a medium bowl, combine broccoli mixture,mozzarella, oregano,salt and pepper, mixing well.
4. On a lightly floured surface, slice dough into 8 pieces. Roll each out into a 6" circle. Spoon an equal amount of mixture into the center of each piece. Fold dough over to form a half circle. Press edges with a fork to seal. Prick a few holes in the top of each one to vent. Brush about 1 tsp (total) over each pocket and sprinkle parmesan on top.
5. Place pockets onto prepared baking sheets and bake about 25 minutes and until golden brown.
