Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c Balsamic Vinegar
    2 c Tomato Juice, Low Sodium
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    1 Tbls Italian Seasoning
    1/4 c Splenda No Calorie Sweetener

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. Refridgerate overnight to blend flavors.


Yield: 10 - 1/4c servings

    NEVER use artificial sweetener. Its terrible for your body. I use dates instead. For this recipe, I would put some of the salt-free tomato juice in a food processor and add 1/4 cup of dates. Puree the mixture, add all the other ingredients, and you have a delicious plant-based delicious dressing! - 1/23/18
