NEVER use artificial sweetener. Its terrible for your body. I use dates instead. For this recipe, I would put some of the salt-free tomato juice in a food processor and add 1/4 cup of dates. Puree the mixture, add all the other ingredients, and you have a delicious plant-based delicious dressing!
