I make this recipe all the time from the Dr. Oz book. I think your calculations may be a little off. I noticed the amount of bell pepper and olive oil varies from the recipe and the calculations list. The recipe should have more fat due to the oil, although healthy fat. I eat this as a dip (salsa)
