Grilled Pork Chops Sweet and Garlicky
I found this recipe through a friend of mine who keeps a cooking blog (http://culinaryq.wordpress.com/2010/04/26
/perfect-and-easy-pork-chops/). Here are her notes on this recipe:
When making these pork chops, I marinaded them for a few hours. When I removed them from the marinade, I dredged them lightly in flour and follow cooking directions. YUM! AND, even when reheated by nuking two days later, the leftover chops were still moist and tender. Dont lose this technique!
