Ingredients

    1 cup Pumpkin
    2 Eggs or (3 egg whites)
    1 1/4 cup Oatmeal, ground in blender and then measure the oats
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon Ginger
    1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
    1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
    3/4 cup Dried Cranberry's

Directions

Combine all ingredients with mixer. Spray pam in 6 large muffin cups. Fill muffin pan with mixture. Bake at 350* F for 25 to 30 minutes. This make 6 large muffins.
