Introduction

Ingredients

1 Chi-Chi's fajita size flour tortilla
1/4 cup Egg Beater's Southwestern style
2 links Banquet brown & serve turkey sausage
2 tbsp. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. Salsa
Directions
Spray small pan
Add sliced turkey sausage & Egg Beaters.
Cook until eggs are firm.
While eggs cook, heat tortilla.
Put cheese on heated tortilla.
Cover cheese with cooked egg & sausage.
Add Salsa (if desired)
Wrap & enjoy!!!
