Ingredients

    1 small apple
    2 oz whole cashews (about 36 nuts)
    1 whole rotisserie chicken (excluding wing meat)
    8 oz container of plain low-fat yogurt
    2 tbsp Kraft fat-free mayo
    salt and pepper

Directions

Dice apples and chicken. Blend all ingredients and serve in a wrap or sandwich.

Add sun-dried tomatoes or raisins for extra zest. Exclude the cashews and dark meat for a low-fat recipe.
