Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Chobani 0 plain yogurt
    I used Frozen Organic Strawberries,
    1 lunch size or 1/2 cup Pineapple tidbits in 100% pineapple juice
    1 TBSP - Milled Flax
    1/2 package Sambazon smoothie pack ( I broke it in half then cut the package)

Directions

Put ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy.

I used a bullet blender and love it.
