Ingredients

    * *Orzo Select 100% Whole Wheat Pasta, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * *Baby Bella Mushrooms, 10 oz (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *White Wine- Chardonnay, 1 oz (remove)
    * *Better than Bouillon- Mushroom flavour, 4 tsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Romano Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
    2 tbl fresh parsley, finely chopped

Directions

chop onions- saute in olive oil until tender. Add mushrooms and saute until tender. Remove from heat and add white wine and stir. Add orzo, stir well and return to heat. Add the water/bouillon and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until the liquid is absorbed and the pasta is tender ~ 15 min. To finish, add the parsley, butter and romano cheese. Mix well and serve.
