Ingredients

    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 yellow onion,chopped
    4-5 cloves garlic,minced
    1 red bell pepper,diced
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 head green cabbage,cored and sliced
    2 quarts vegrtable stock
    3 carrots,cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    2 cups green bean, cut into 1/2 inches
    1 can (15 ounce) diced tomatoes in juice
    1 cup brown rice (cooked)
    2 tablespoons Italian herbs
    salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Makes 8 to10 serv.-I fixed this in my crock pot--I turned it on and added oil and onions and garlic.. Then I chopped & added cabbage,carrots,celery, and greenbeans.Then the other ingredients. I let the crock-pot do the work 6 hours.
