Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    2 cans red kidney beans
    1 can blackeye peas
    4 celery stalks diced
    1/2 large red onion diced
    1 green pepper diced
    5 plum tomatoes diced
    2 limes - zest & juice
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. Adobo seasoned salt
    dash of cummin
    2 tsp. dried cilantro
    2 tbls. eevo
    dash cayanne pepper

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Makes 10-12 1-cup servings.
