    2 Smart & Delicious Low Carb, High Fiber, Large Whole Wheat Tortillas
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/8 cup Pastorelli Pizza Sauce
    1 lb. 95-97% Lean Ground Beef / Sirloin
    8 oz Pictsweet Frozen Chopped Onions
    8 oz Sliced Fresh Baby Bella Mushrooms
    6 oz Sargento Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


Spray pizza pan, 1 medium & 1 large skillet w/ Smart Balance non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place smaller skillet over medium heat, break up hamburger, season with salt & pepper to taste and brown.
Saute mushrooms & onions in larger skillet.
Tear 1 tortilla in half & arrange both halves and whole tortilla on pizza pan with as few overlapping edges as possible.
When hamburger is browned, drain grease.
When onions are transluscent & mushrooms are lightly browned on both sides, drain excess liquid.
Meanwhile, spread olive oil, then pizza sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle drained hamburger, then mushroom & onion mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over whole.
Place in oven for 5 minutes, cheese will be melted. Remove from oven, cut & serve.
