Very simple to throw together! Very simple to throw together!
Number of Servings: 10


    2 lbs stew meat, beef
    3 cans Beef Broth
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    1 onion diced
    1 can diced tomatoes, any variety
    1 cup barley
    1 tsp basil

    Put all ingredients into crock pot.

    Add salt and pepper, if desired.

    Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
