Introduction

I made this gravy for my Thanksgiving dinner...Having to be Gluten Free I had to improvise. Remember potato starch can be tricky so be sure to continue stirring until ready to serve. Ingredients

    4 cups of fresh turkey stock
    4 Tblsp. of Potato starch
    4 Tblsp of water

Directions

Place 4 cups of stock in a sauce pan and heat over med-high heat.
In a seperate bowl stir add 4 Tblsp. of water and 4 Tblsp. of potato starch and stir well until mixed.
Add Starch mixture to stock slowly stirring constantly.
Serve immediately.

Serving = 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons)
