Ingredients

1 pkg Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original
two-thirds envelope Robin Hood Pie Crust mix made as directed
    1 cup minced Celery,
    3. c minced Onions
    2-3 minced mushrooms (optional)
1 small Potato, diced, boiled and mashed
    1 1tsp Olive Oil
Season with dried sage, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper

Directions

Sauté onions and celery and optional mushrooms in olive oil. Add seasonings and cook 3-4 minutes. Add fake beef and turn off heat (leaveon burner). Boil and mash potatoes.Add to fake meat mix. Make pie crust as directed (I use 2/3 of the envelop and use the other third for a quiche, making it less calories all around. Just roll a bit thinner). Bake at 450F for 10-15 minutes then reduce to 350F for 25-35 minutes. This is to cook the crust as the filling is already cooked. Serves 8. Great with a salad or soup to make a meal. Some like it with ketchup on the side.
