Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 bag spinach greens
    1 11oz can mandarin oranges, lightly drained
    1 6oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
    half a cob of sweetcorn, cooked, cooled & cut
    2 medium carrots, grated
    6 slices ready-to-eat bacon, chopped
    1 cup cooked bulgar, cooled

Directions

Using a large serving fork, gently combine all ingredients except greens. Just before serving, toss together or layer on a salad plate. May be served cold or room temperature. Yield: 6 1-cup servings.
