Ingredients

    McCormick White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix Packet
    1 lb. Chicken Breast, no skin cut into bite size pieces
    1 Tbsp Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    1 cup Water
    Beans, white 15 oz can, undrained
    1 cup Low Fat cheddar cheese, shredded
    10 Mission 8" Low Carb Soft Taco Size Tortilla
    1 can Green Chilis

Directions

** Preheat oven to 400* and spray a 13x9" pan with a low cal. cooking spray **
1. Heat buttery spread in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until brownied.
2. Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
3. Spoon mixture into tortillas, reserving a small amount of the filling to spoon over at the end. Roll each burrito and place in pan. Spoon the remaining filling over burritos and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
4. Place in preheated oven until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.

    There are canned items that can be made homemade, if you really want to take the time. It would improve the flavor greatly. - 9/27/07
