Ingredients

    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    2 tbsp soy sauce, reduced sodium
    2 tbsp corn starch
    1/4 cube vegetable buillion
    2 tbsp black bean sauce with garlic

    also add a little water and hot sauce or hot peppers to taste.

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stirfry veggies and tofu in a little oil, add this sauce at the end in the wok, coat all ingredients, serve.
