Introduction

This is a recipe I've thrown together, sometimes I add other herbs, it depends on my mood! I don't add any salt, the boullion has enough sodium. This is a recipe I've thrown together, sometimes I add other herbs, it depends on my mood! I don't add any salt, the boullion has enough sodium.

Ingredients

1 Package Egg Noodle (I use No Yolk Brand)
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
    15 cups water
    5 Tbsp Chicken Boullion
    2 cups diced celery
    2 cups diced carrots
    1 cup pearl onions, whole
    1 Tbsp Dill Weed
    1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper

Directions

Put water on to boil. While water is heating, prep your veggies and add them to the pot, along with the herbs. I only listed dill & pepper in the recipe, but I usually throw other herbs in depending on my mood, such as Thyme or Rosemary. Once water boils, add the boullion & chicken, stir well, turn heat to low and cover. Simmer for an hour, then add noodles and continue to simmer for another half hour or so for a very flavorful soup. The soup is done when the noodles are soft, but it gets stronger flavor the longer you let it simmer.
