Ingredients

    1 pound ground venision, browned
    3c. chunky salsa
    1 can fat free refried beans, heated to spreading
    1bag dorito type chips
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 can cresent rolls
    1 pkg taco spice
    8 c. chopped salad with mixed greens

Directions

Place cresents on baking sheet pinching together creases.
Spread refried beans evenly over cresents leaving about 1 inch from edge. Spread 2 c. salsa over beans evenly. Mix meat, spice pkg. and 1c. salsa and spread over salsa layer. Then top with cheese.
Bake about 10-15 min.
Remove from oven and sprinkle chips on top by hand, about 3 hand fulls. Right before serving top with salad mixture. Cut into 10 equal slices and serve.
