Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb of Ground Turkey 99% fat free
    1/2 cup Chopped Onion
    1 8 oz. package of fresh mushrooms
    1 cup of chicken broth
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1 tbsp of ground sage
    1 tsp ground red pepper
    dash of white pepper

Directions

Spray skillet with canola oil and heat. Brown ground turkey over medium height for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook for several minutes. Add all spices, broth and finally stir in canned pumpkin. Sea Salt to taste. I prefer a drizzle of honey. Goes wonderful on top of wheat pasta or spaghetti squash.

    Very Good
    I enjoyed this very much. I used fresh pumpkin and added a little parm to it but it was very earthy and filling. - 12/4/12
