Introduction

Quick, easy, few ingredients, healthy and delicious!! I served this with Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice and steamed green beans. Double the glaze recipe and spoon some over the rice. Ingredients

    1/4 cup aged balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup water
    1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp brown sugar packed plus
    1 tsp brown sugar packed
    4 salmon fillets 4 oz each
    salt
    pepper
    2 tsp olive oil

Directions

In a small bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, water, lemon. juice and brown sugar. Stir.
Heat mixture in a small sauce pan, simmer, stirring occasionally until reduced down to about 1/3 cup.
While glaze is simmering, pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper.
Coat non-stick pan with oil. Heat oil over medium high heat.
Turn heat up to high and add salmon skin side up. Sear ubtil browned, about 4 minutes.
Turn fish over, cook until done, about 3-4 more minutes.
Plate salmon, spooning glaze over fillets.
Delicious!
