Introduction

This can be used in tortillas or is great on a bed of mixed lettuce as a taco salad. This can be used in tortillas or is great on a bed of mixed lettuce as a taco salad.

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 C Chopped onions
    1 Can black beans
    1/4 C McCormick Taco Seasoning
    3/4 C Water

Directions

saute' onions, then add ground beef and brown
When beef is brown add water, season mix, and black beans.
Simmer aprox. 20 minutes or until most of the moister has thickened.

makes 7 1/2 C servings

    Incredible!
    This recipe was great! The only thing I changed was to add some garlic to the onion just before adding the meat, and added some diced green sweet pepper to the meat before adding the spices and water. So YUMMY! - 9/20/14
