Ingredients

    left over steak 1 oz sliced thinly
    1 hard boiled egg
    2 cups green/red leaf lettuce
    1/2 C broccoli chopped
    1tbs red onion, finely diced
    1 oz shredded cheddar cheese ( I use blocks and shredd myself-it's cheaper)
    1/2 cup chopped/diced carrots, I used a veggie peeler to make thin strips
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half to make 1/2 c
    1tbs light ranch dressing

    * I only like to coat my salad with dressing* use amount to your likening I'm particial to Hidden Valley :)
