Introduction
This is a great lunch or brunch meal. It is very filling and the crab gives it a hint of sweet to make it oh so savory! You can put other meats like chiken or tuna, but the crab is delicious. Ingredients

1 cup of eggs beaten
1/2 c shredded cheese
1/2 c. skim milk
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder
I can't believe its not butter spray
1 pkg (2.5 servings) of Imitation Crab Meant chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
1 medium onion chopped
Salt to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat together eggs- I used six small fresh eggs and it made a cup.
Add cheese, milk, cumin, and garlic powder to the eggs and mix well.
Lightly spray bottom of glass pie dish with butter spray.
Place crab, tomato, and onion in bottom of dish. Pour egg mixture over crab and vegetables.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
