Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can chick peas, drained
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    Handful of parsley
    Handful of cilantro (fresh), or 1 tbsp dried
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 cup wholegrain flour

Directions

Blend all ingredients together until fairly smooth.
Shape into 4 burger size patties, or 12 smaller balls.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.
