    3 1/2 cups (16 oz.) diced cooked chicken
    1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
    1 cup red apple, diced
    1/2 cup low-fat mayo
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
    1 tbsp green onion, chopped
    1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp pepper

    8 whole wheat tortilla wraps
    8 leaves romaine lettuce


1. Combine chicken, celery, and apples in large bowl; set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
3. Add mixture to salad and toss to coat.
4. Chill salad until serving.
5. Serve on whole wheat tortilla wraps or bread with hearty romaine lettuce.

Yields 8 servings.

  • Incredible!
    Great for lunch or a light dinner. I put in a pita half but it's good in a wheat tortilla. It's my lunch time go to for now. Keeps me full. - 7/9/17
